Hi! Raquel here on a Sunday writing her Monday post. Imagine this post with a photo of the BEST smoked fish dip EVER surrounded by carrot sticks, tortilla chips, and a slice of lime garnish. You, like me, are having to imagine it because the food truck where I get the best smoked fish dip wasn’t there today. Sundays from 12-2 (Covid hours?) Blue Runner operates from the parking lot of a plant nursery on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. It has the freshest seafood. Most of it caught only a few ours before sold. If I had been patient they probably would have shown up in a little bit, Latin time runs 15 minutes to 1 hour late. 🙂 Check out their Facebook page for images.
Next time you are in Miami find the Blue Runner truck and pick up some of the best smoked fish dip. Psst, they also have ceviche.
